David is a practical human capital practitioner with 15 years experience in diverse industries both in the public and private sector covering logistics, shipping, manufacturing and IT industries with exposure in the wider East Africa playing a strategic role in formulating and supporting leadership implement human capital strategies that add value to an organization and its stakeholders.
A professional Career/Talent coach, Organizational Effectiveness Coach, Certified Trainer, Certified ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Lead Auditor and a member of the IHRM, his passion for development of human capital, has seen him support development and implementation of human capital action plans, work place coaching programs, talent identification tools, management training programs, leadership succession plans and individual career growth plans geared towards enhancing performance and developing talents to pursue their passions both within organizations and business fronts.
His people focused approach aims at developing a strong mutual beneficial relationship that connects with people at all levels. David has a passion to add value to the people around him and has a proven record in assisting people identify, develop and enhance talents and growth. Some of the independent programs he has worked with include the Tullow Oil Scholarship Program, the “generation united” program and ENACTUS Kenya.
David a graduate of both JKUAT and Technical University of Mombasa majoring in Human Resource Management. He previously served as Head of Business Career Coaching Services at CDI-Africa and is currently partnering with and supporting setup of “Vault Global” a new business and people empowerment initiative in the wider East African market. He is also an Associate Coach and HR Consultant.
