Biography

I have 6 years hands on experience in large scale cross functional projects programmes and business process improvement initiatives with strategy alignment being the key driver, Currently with Commercial Bank of Africa as Senior Business Analyst within the enterprise programmes management team looking after creation of a shared services centre for the regional group of companies for operations and Payments and channels systems for Tax payments, internet banking platform, brokerage and wealth management business units set-up and systems implementation coupled with knowledge of the various regional and market strata regulatory requirements i.e. CMA, BOT. CBK and BOU, previously I was with CfC Stanbic bank for one and a half years as the Continuous Improvement Manager within the Operations Change Services Department. Prior to joining my current employer i was in Barclays Bank for four and a half years, with my final role being a Business and Credit policy analyst within retail banking credit, prior to which I was a Business Analyst within the re-plat forming programme for the bank as the technical lead for data warehousing implementation. Before joining the systems programme where I was for three years, i was a productivity and management information analyst for the Operations and Information department within the Operations Director’s Office.
